MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE LIVE STREAMING EVENT IN TEXARKANA

December 10 2019

In an effort to reach the demographic mostly affected by bullying today, KIDS, we are using LIVE STREAMED programs to Change lives.  The artists targeted have a huge 15-30 year-old international following and a compelling story.  When you create a platform that is entertaining, non-judgmental and non-threatening, the audience responds in a like manner.

Our inaugural LIVE STREAMED event at the historic Arkansas Municipal Auditorium has been scripted to heighten awareness of the epidemic of bullying that results in mental health issues, destructive lifestyle choices, and bullycide.

Set on a stage that was the socially-daring birthplace of boogie woogie Rock and Roll, (at a time when the mainstream would have rather not played the controversial new music) GAB will educate, entertain, and empower the live, and online, audiences with a proposed welcome statement from CNN’s Anderson Cooper, who has hosted many shows about Bullying, and his own personal story.

A local band from a school with a bullying problem will perform a song that they wrote after a special needs classmate was subjected to egregious acts. The GAB Team, including Ms. Linda Lee, founder and Executive Director, and Mr. Michael Turner, public ambassador and speaker, will explain how GAB is successful in creating Upstanders, and read some special letters of endorsement for the event, hopefully by Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who has been the victim of  bullying, The In negotiations performance by Blue October’s Justin Furstenfeld will be the highlight of the event, with his alternate rock style that has millions of followers.  Having just finished their 10th studio album, and the subject of a documentary about his life “Get Back Up” directed by Mr. Norry Niven, Justin sings to the triumphs of overcoming mental health issues and drug and alcohol addiction. And will share a bit about his journey.

“The community of friends, acceptance, and artistic expression can save the lives of multiple generations.”

In addition to STREAMING the event to educate and entertain, GAB’s fundraising initiatives attached to the event will leave much needed seed funding in the host community for boys and girls’ organizations and the Auditorium restoration.

We are proud to expand and partner with our “Twice as Nice” city in the south along the Rock & Roll Highway

THAT IS HOW WE STAND UP!  And keep moving to share with schools, after school programs, and communities, our unique and successful programs.

Special thanks to Ponyville and Whinny City for their donation to GAB that helps support our outreach programs.
