Milwaukee Job Corps Goes Heavy Metal for GAB.

The Milwaukee Job Corps Center Welding Class was asked to duplicate the Generations Against Bullying (GAB) logo for a Star Wars fundraiser event hosted by Community partners, Pat Jones, Manager of IPIC Entertainment.

Milwaukee Job Corps was a sponsor for the event.

As a national anti-bullying organization, GAB works to bring awareness about the prevalence and devastating effects of bullying in communities and inspires children and adults to be “Upstanders.”

The organization encourages individuals to get involved as an Upstander instead of being a bystander when bullying is witnessed.

Milwaukee Job Corps was pleased to support the fundraiser and be included as a sponsor for this initiative that is aligned with the anti-bullying stance that is promoted by the Youth-2-Youth Partners 4 Peace Initiative.
