St. Matthias Parish School Reaches Out To GAB.

Three young St. Matthias Parish School students are interested in starting an anti-bully club. The girls did some research and found Generations Against Bullying (GAB) and one of the girls asked her Mom if she would reach out and inquire whether a GAB representative would come to their school to describe our organization.

A special “Thank You” goes to St. Matthias Principal, Kristin Lee and Home and School Association (H&SA) member Angie Kasal for inviting GAB to speak to the 3 young students and parents of the school’s H&SA. It was so enjoyable to see these students take the initiative to address a very difficult subject. It illustrates how St. Matthias is encouraging their students to take positive action on problems that students think important.
